Recently, we were contacted by a homeowner in the process of selling their property who discovered their septic system was no longer functioning. Due to the sale contract, strict deadlines were in place and the system had to be replaced before the closing date.
During our initial consultation, we walked the property with the client and identified several potential locations for the new septic system. This gave the homeowner options while ensuring we could meet both the property layout needs and the timeline. We then coordinated a site evaluation with the local health department to confirm the proper specifications and compliance with all regulations before beginning work.
Once the plan was approved, our team worked quickly and efficiently to install the new system. Despite the tight timeline, we were able to complete the entire installation with a few days to spare before the home’s closing date!
